About the Founder

Four years ago, Ipsa, the founder, pastry chef, and creative force behind La Croute, began her journey in her home kitchen. Initially delivering across Delhi NCR and selling her creations at the Earth Collective Market at Sunder Nursery. La Croute's modest beginnings were grounded in a simple yet profound mission: to bring people together through delicious food and pies, offering comfort and a sense of belonging. Inspired by her vision, a dedicated team of chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, cooks, baristas, and café staff humbly bring La Croute to life each day.
